Eric is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in difference industries. Eric is a real estate investor himself and brings an abundance of knowledge to the GCRP team. He will go the extra mile to make sure all tenants and owners are being serviced to GCRP's maximum capability.

Brent begun his Real Estate career in 2006 working as a Selling Agent for one of the Gold Coast’s major franchise groups. Brent has had extensive real estate training and is an experienced property professional. Brent joined Gold Coast Rental Properties shifting his focal point entirely on Property Management & Business Development. Applying his knowledge and experience gained from being a selling agent Brent’s communication & attention to detail to existing and new landlords is second to none. Brent's determination, enthusiasm and positive attitude have attributed to his success and will secure him a top spot as a reputable agent within this ever changing industry. Brent is an honest, reliable and dedicated professional willing to go above & beyond to exceed his client’s expectations.
Senior Property Manager
Rebecca has been with GCRP since 2011 working across a variety of roles including reception, reservations & management. Today Rebecca's focus is on strategically marketing our properties to potential guests with a focus on enhancing the guest experience and strengthening positive relations with key stakeholders. Rebecca holds a bachelors degree in communications (business) and marketing from Bond University. As a self proclaimed local for life Rebecca has extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast and all the riches it has to offer.
Alana is a bright and bubbly member of the team with over eight years of extensive hospitality and customer service experience. Originally from Sydney, Alana moved to the Gold Coast at a young age and it had her heart from the very beginning. Alana is passionate about growth & development in tourism and the local Real Estate industry and prides herself on providing the highest level of guest satisfaction and owner returns. Alana loves exploring the outdoors and wakeboarding in the Gold Coasts beautiful rivers.
Amy joins the team at GCRP with years of experience in customer service roles including time spent in reservations at Hayman Island. Having spent the past six years on the Gold Coast, Amy now knows the place inside out & passionately shares her knowledge with our guests. Amy enjoys keeping fit & healthy, spending time with her beautiful children and has a talent for baking amazing celebration cakes.
With an extensive background in customer service and a passion for people, Roger was inevitably drawn to a rewarding career in real estate in 2003. An enthusiastic person with a positive outlook and approachable nature, Roger provides outstanding service, and credits his success to his honesty, hardworking attitude and commitment to exceed client expectations and ensure the best outcomes. Having lived on the Gold Coast for over 30 years, Roger has thorough knowledge of the area - from the coast to the hinterland. He holds a true appreciation for the character and style that the properties of the Gold Coast have to offer.
Sales Support Administrator
Zac has lived on the Gold Coast for over six years and has developed a thorough understanding of the area. Relatively new to the real estate industry, Zac has grown to become a valued member of the residential sales team. Zac’s extensive background in customer service underlines his ability to understand and satisfy his clients’ needs. Working alongside Roger, Zac applies his strong work ethic and interpersonal skills towards earning more business and achieving the best possible results.
Hollie has 15 years’ experience in the Gold Coast real estate industry. Covering a variety of roles from Property Manager, Project marketing and Personal Assistant. Hollie first started with Gold Coast Rental Properties in 2011 as Office Manager, then taking time off to welcome her first child. Hollie has returned to GCRP in a sales support role to lend her experience to a growing residential sales team.
After receiving her diploma in Business majoring in events management here on the Gold Coast, Jaimie has worked and travelled around the world expanding her knowledge in hospitality and tourism. She is very approachable and will always go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcomed and to satisfy every guest to the best of her ability.
